Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Klix and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Klix will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Klix to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting Klix customer support team or by cancelling the Subscription from the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of the term.
